**To check the square footage of your home, go to the Volusia County Property Appraiser website (https://vcpa.vcgov.org/) type in your home address, click on the blue button in the middle of the page that says "Land and Buildings", scroll down and you will see the square footage of your home.  We do NOT use total square footage.  We only count square footage under air.

• Most homes start with our initial clean to bring everything up to our standard.  However, if your home is already well maintained, we can often start with recurring standard service.  Initial cleaning prices vary based on home size and condition.
